Overview

Comparing to real estate, the market comparables / sale or rental transactions for some special properties, such as hotels, cinemas and commercial car parks, are fewer.  Traditional method of valuation by comparison doesn’t seems to be practical and applicable to these types of properties.  Hence, valuation by profit method could be one of the alternatives.

For the commercial valuer, readily identifying the characteristics of various properties is crucial to an effective appraisal. For those looking to expand their portfolio into the valuation of hotels, a detailed understanding of specificities is essential.

In this training, we will help you to build on your capacity by understanding best methodology and specific requirements for the valuation of properties occupied with profits motive. Valuation of Hotel will be one of the examples.
