Actively introduce excellent bio-pharmaceutical innovation technology projects and industries from overseas and provide assistance in various aspects, including formulating industrialization and commercial development plans, fund raising and listing, corporate governance and auditing, R&D technology, patent protection, policies and regulations, clinical trial design and planning, etc. to enter the Mainland China market;

3. Promote communication, exchange and cooperation between the biomedical innovation technology industry, research institutions, investment industry and government organizations in the Greater China Region in the areas of innovative R&D, industrialization, regulations and policies coordination, investment and financing.
