Forest with Soul

Forest is a Reiki therapist. She discovered Reiki hand-on healing in her early 20. She is a firm believer that everything is energy and the key of a healthy life is the art of balancing. Her curious soul never stops searching for the purpose of life. She met her Reiki Master during her 6 months solo-backpacking journey in Europe. She first experienced the power of Reiki healing with her Reiki master Patrick Dillane in Co. Waterford, Ireland where she immersed her mind and body into the sacred, harmonious and nourishing nature in the countryside.

She believes in the healing power of listening. Her clients often have the sense of safety from her attentive listening and understanding. Her therapy has helped clients overcome with various emotional blockage, body tension and discomfort, anxiety, insomnia, low self-esteem and chronic fatigue. Clients often claim that they feel deeply relaxed, at peace and grounded after her Reiki session.

She is convinced that we are our own healer. Everyone has the ability to heal his or her life. Reiki therapist is a pioneer of oneself’ realization. She helps her client to realize that the physical pain sometime is beyond the physical level. Physical pain is created by emotional blockages. She releases the unwanted energy from the body through Reiki healing.

Her purpose of life is to live life fully and to help clients to heal the hidden wounds physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
