❮ About Athena ❯

Athena 一直提倡正念（Mindfulness）生活，兩年前因為工作壓力令健康亮起警號，遂毅然辭去工作到法國梅村隨一行禪師修習正念?。回港後，她正式成為正念培訓老師 / 運動修禪中心創辦人 / 大專學院課程講師 / 瑜珈老師 / 網台主持 / 社工。曾多次接受不同機構及媒體邀請訪問和分享。

Athena is passionate about mindfulness and meditation after returned from her transformative mindfulness journey with Thich Nhat Hanh (一⾏禪師)at Plum Village in France since 2015. She is dedicated to spreading the mindfulness movement to NGOs, schools and corporations. Her philosophy is to unite people with wisdom, love and compassion, encouraging mindful living for a better self and society. Athena became a professional mindfulness training coach after her return from France, as well as working as columnist/ College lecturer/ Radio host/ social work and counseling with mindfulness.
