Due to factors beyond our control, the speaker will not be able to lead the workshop this Friday/Saturday. The hands-on workshop this Friday/Saturday is now cancelled.

Workshop Details:
This workshop will introduce you to the Read&Write suite of literacy tools from Texthelp??. Read&Write supported English Language Learners, struggling readers and writers, and in fact all students, by providing a range of digital literacy tools to support independent access to their learning. This workshop will provide an introdution to how these tools can support reading and access to the curriculum:
- Supporting readers with text-to-speech, dictionary and vocabulary tools, study tools, annotation tools and more.
- Support writing and the ability to demonstrate understanding.
- Supporting writers via word prediction, voice notes, speech recognition, vocabulary support, source citation and research skills.
As a bonus for attending, all participants in the workshop will be given free access to Read & Write for Windows, Mac and Google Chrome... for life.
