Come join us at WonderWorks Gulfport for an immersive experience like no other!

If it's been another week of eating hurriedly over your laptop (without even tasting the food), doubling up the coffee at 2pm (for an extra boost of energy), and aimlessly floating through your daily chores before throwing yourself into bed each night... you might be living a disembodied life.

Are all ages welcome?

We ask that you be at least 16 years old to attend.

Is there free parking?

There are two parking lots that you may use, the first is in front of WonderWorks and the second is adjacent to it in a nearby office building that has overflow parking.

What shall I bring?

Dress comfortably and you can bring water and if you have a special yoga mat or soft blanket.

Is this high-energy? Like a work-out?

It's actually more of a "work-in"! We will be moving and using our bodies in an active way, but nothing too strenuous that would cause a rapid heart rate. It will feel like a gentle, guided way back into your body in whatever ways feel best for you.

Is this really a FREE event?
