Chief Strategy Officer, Neo-Health Group
Christopher Fong is passionate about cutting-edge technologies and helping early-stage companies to grow. Chris has co-founded and invested in a number of companies in Hong Kong and the UK. He is currently the Chief Strategy Officer of Neo-Health Group, a leading healthcare and biotech group based in Hong Kong. Prior to his career as a founder and investor, Chris has worked as a trader and investment manager at several financial institutions including Citigroup, Bank of China, and BMI Group. Chris graduated from the University of Oxford with a degree in Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence.

Victor Au
Chief Operating Officer, Cheah Investments Limited
Victor Au is the Chief Operating Officer of Cheah Investments Limited. Before joining the Cheah Family Office, he has gained over 25 years’ experience in equity research, corporate finance, venture capital, and private equity and fund management across the Asian Pacific region. He has held senior positions in various financial institutions including Value Partners, Mirae Asset (HK) Limited, UOB Bank and Deloitte. Victor graduated from the University of Dundee, Scotland with a Bachelor’s Degree in Administrative Studies (majoring in Economics and Accountancy). He was awarded the Linda Tosh Memorial Prize and graduated with First Class Honours. Subsequently, he further fulfilled his academic aspiration by obtaining a Master of Philosophy degree in Economics from the University of Oxford, England.
