Menstruation is one of the most common human experiences, with over half the population experiencing it at some point in their lives. For a bodily function that's so natural, it's often talked about in a hushed tone and in very little detail. Most people know about the 'Menstrual Phase' but what about the rest of the cycle?

Like the moon, our bodies follow a natural and powerful monthly cycle. With a greater understanding of this as a whole you'll be able to harness the power of it, improve your health and wellbeing, and contribute to tackling stigma around the topic!

In this Ask LUUÜNA panel discussion, you'll learn about the 4 stages of the Menstrual Cycle; what they are, the effects they have on our bodies and minds, and tools to manage our hormones through each phase.

Practitioners from Joint Dynamics will debunk some of the myths around exercise and menstruation, discuss what the evolving research is telling us about exercise, discuss pelvic health and offer nutrition advice to work with your hormones, enabling you to harness the power of your hormones through each phase!

You'll be able to ask questions throughout the event and engage in conversation with the panelists and other attendees too - this is a safe space for questions, stories, comments and open conversations.
