Description
How many times have you tried crane pose (bakasana) and still do not manage to take flight? Or do you feel you're stuck with a few arm balance poses and find it hard to move forward? This Arm Balance workshop will unlock your fear and some of the most common and challenging arm balances. Learn how to overcome obstables in some of the most demanding and yet rewarding poses in the yoga practice.
You will learn:
Part 1 (9am - 11:30am)
- Deep hip opening poses
- Core activation
- Kakasana (crow pose) and bakasana (crane pose)
- Parsvabakasana (side crow)
- Bhujapidasana (shoulder pressing pose)
- Tittibhasana (Firefly pose)
- Koundiyasana 1 & 2
Part 2 (11:45am - 1pm)
- Pincha Mayurasana (Forearm balance)
- Funky pincha
- Transitions of different arm balance
This workshop is suitable for all levels. A consistent yoga practice of 6 months or above, however, is highly recommended.
Investment:
HKD780 for one person
