A unique collaboration between the HK China Wrestling Association @hkcwrestling and The 852! Join us for a Wrestling Discovery class that combines strength, technique, and teamwork! 🤼♂️🤼♀️
Perfect for first-timers, wrestling-curious and fitness seekers – no experience needed! Come discover why this sport has been loved from the time of the ancient Greeks to the modern Japanese. Fun fact: It's one of the world's oldest sports, with cave drawings over 10,000 years old! 🤩
This class will be led by the well-decorated National Champion Coach Masoud 💪🏆. You'll get a true introduction to wrestling and leave feeling accomplished after a great workout with an expert in the field. Come try it! 😀
