2-Hour Arm Balance & Inversion Workshop with Joanne Wu

In this 2-hour Arm Balance & Inversion workshop, Joanne will discuss the correct form and the anatomy of headstand and some selected arm balance poses. We will warm up the body with preparation poses. Headstand and arm balance practice will follow thereafter. Handout will also be given in the workshop. Students will be able to learn how to get into some advanced poses including:

Crow pose, One legged crow, Tripod, Tripod headstand, Chin Stand, Firefly Pose, Eka Pada Koundinyasana I & II etc.

Suitable for students who want to dive deep into some advanced poses apart from regular group classes.
