The 2023 programme has been curated, we screen high quality international dramas that push boundaries of storytelling and current Documentary work on the environmental crisis. Traditionally HIFF has focused on Environmental issues and raising awareness in Climate Change we are now limiting this to environmental documentaries and opening up the drama section to International award winning dramas on diverse themes.
