Constant Contact’s integration with Eventbrite makes it easier than ever to manage and promote events. Easily add events to any email template, track registrations and send follow up emails, and import contacts.

With Constant Contact you can:

  • Easily create compelling emails that drive more event registrations by adding published Eventbrite events that automatically links to your event page. 
  • See who has responded to your event invitation and who hasn’t, as well as who has opened and engaged with your email - so that you can send out follow up emails to specific audiences.
  • Sync registrants of an event to easily send out reminders and follow-up emails to your registrants.

Import Eventbrite Contacts into Constant Contact 

To get started, you just need to log into your Eventbrite account:

  1. Click Integrations. 
  2. On the Eventbrite block, click the three dots to open the menu and click "Connect account". 
  3. Log into your Eventbrite account. 
  4. Click Allow. 
  5. Click Import Contacts. 
  6. Select your lists from Eventbrite. 
  7. Confirm that you have permission to email your contacts. (Note: Eventbrite has a confirmed opt-in question you can add to your event registration process to ensure you're emailing only those who want to receive your emails.) 
  8. Click Import now. 

Add Eventbrite events to an email (available in Email Plus)

To get started, you just need to log into your Eventbrite account: 

  1. Drag the Eventbrite block into your template. Use the Guidelines to help you find the right spot. The block can stretch across the width of your template or be added to a column. 
  2. Click on the Eventbrite block and click Edit. (Note: If you've already synced your Eventbrite account, skip to last step.) 
  3. Click Connect. 
  4. Log into your Eventbrite account. Once you've synced your account, you won't have to go through the steps to login every time you add the block to an email. 
  5. Click Allow. 
  6. Click on the Eventbrite block and click Edit. 
  7. Select the event you want to display in your email and click Insert.
