Hello, I’m Sonja, and I love my job. I'm an accredited Trauma Therapist and Clinical Supervisor. I have the absolute pleasure and privilege of working with people from every background, helping you work through whatever life has challenged you with.

I focus on trauma, also offering clinical supervision to support other therapists.

I truly believe we all hold our own keys to becoming our true, authentic self. Let me help you find the person you truly are, whilst supporting you to look at all parts of you, making sense of this together.

Working with no judgement, a focus on safety and transparency, you set the goals, you set the pace.
