Elsie is a certified yoga instructor who believes that yoga is the relationship that is built between the body, the mind, the soul and the breath. Being an active sports player who indulges in water sports and outdoor activities, she believes that yoga is complimentary to any other training programs, sports or exercises.

Elsie is known for her authentic, non-judgmental teaching style and compassion-centered philosophy. By giving some asanas that are physically challenging, yet within the students’ ability to achieve, students would have a great sense of achievement while having a great stretch and relaxing their body and mind.
