Hello Hello! My name is Rachel, and this is Yoga Things! Welcome to this space where we get to creatively move together, mindfully.

Personally practicing yoga since 2008, I bring to you a deep well of compassion and respect that we work into the stretch and flow sequences. Since my certification in early 2023, I’ve been intentional about using creative flow to inspire and explore curiosity in movement. My goal is to motivate all who join to integrate movement into their own healing process, and have a little fun doing it.
