Wild Women at Work
Wild Women at Work creates transformational gatherings for women doing meaningful work, from early career professionals to executives, who are ready to lead differently.
We believe women cannot imagine new futures from depleted nervous systems. Before we can build new systems, we must restore capacity. Before we can lead differently, we must feel differently.
Our approach blends creative practices, embodied wisdom, and real conversation in carefully facilitated containers. We call it wildcrafting leadership: working with what's already alive in you (your wisdom, intuition, longing for liberation, and capacity for devotion) and refining it through patient, skillful practice.
This is not productivity training. It's not therapy. It's not networking. It's anticipatory leadership development in feminine form.
We offer monthly Wildcraft Workshops, weekend retreats (The Cauldron), and ongoing cohorts (The Athanor) for women in shared professional contexts. All designed to help you move from survival mode to strategic preparation for what's next.
Wild Women at Work is an Idea Farm initiative, founded by Tamara Christensen, PhD, who brings expertise in design thinking, innovative leadership development and ritual practice to create spaces where exhausted women restore capacity to lead the rebuilding together.
