The Art of Calm HK

The Art of Calm is a meditation centre in Hong Kong that provides beginner, intermediate and advanced meditators with opportunities to evolve their practice through classes, workshops and courses.

We were founded in response to an increased interest in well-being and finding ways to self-care amid recent unrest in Hong Kong, where we are based, and beyond.

At the core of our business is your happiness and how to get you to a place of balance, acceptance and contentment. We meet your needs, working in a variety of settings ranging from our centre, your home, over Zoom or in nature.
