For those who are overwhelmed, stressed and need quick ways to improve their wellbeing, The Anti-Burnout Club is a platform that improves physical and mental wellbeing with short, actionable classes and courses.
Unlike other wellbeing organisations out there, we focus on an all-rounded approach, showcasing experts in everything from movement and nutrition through to therapy and mindfulness.
We're a Social Enterprise passionate about improving the wellbeing of those who need it most. We provide subsidised memberships for those on low income and key workers, including charity workers and volunteers, and run discounted/free events and workshops for organisations such as NHS trusts, charities, and schools.
