Talking Treatments is organised by Lucia Garcia, an experienced creative researcher and founder of Lucia Garcia Studio — a design studio working internationally across film, TV, and advertising. Formerly Head of Design at Pulse Films, she has spent the last decade building a trusted network of directors, producers, and creative teams across the world, many of whom are now current key players in film, advertising and TV development in the UK.
