Strek is a boutique Yoga Studio and Coffee Bar based in Islington. A non-exclusive sanctuary for all, this is a place to breathe and stretch, but most of all, this is a place of community. Take a class, have a coffee, grab a snack and connect. With its unique vaulted roof, solid wood floors, tropical planting and abundance of natural light, you could be mistaken for thinking you were in a far off land.
