Sally Golightly Family Doula

Hello I am Sally and I live in Yorkshire with my family.

I am a doula, supporting families through life's transitions, by providing antenatal, birth and postnatal support. I also mentor and train other birth workers. I am an antenatal practitioner for the NCT and facilitate Maternal Journal sessions to improve women's mental health and Keighley's Death Cafe (a discussion group to talk about death, dying, grief and loss).

In my spare time I enjoy ultra running and wild swimming.
