Outset Start and Grow

Grants and free business support available to existing businesses which have been trading for less than three years with less than three employees who are looking for business support and grant funding to grow their business.

The programme provides training workshops, 1:1 support, information sessions, online learning, mentoring, networking and peer support. Delivered by YTKO and funded by the UK Government and Portsmouth City Council through the Community Renewal Fund.
