I’m Oksana Gaiseniuk.

I’m a certified VITA Sex, Love and Relationship coach.

In my work I focus on helping people with their sexuality:

- I helped a post-menopausal woman to enjoy sex and feel a lot of pleasure again

- I helped a 35 year-old man to move from self-hate to self-love and connection through sexuality practices

- I helped a 43 year-old man to connect with himself, feel more comfortable about the way he is and create connection and awareness tools which are helpful not only in sex but in other spheres of life

- I helped a pre-menopausal woman to get rid of the fear of losing her sexiness and her pleasure

- I helped a young woman to be herself in sex and fully enjoy it instead of being in her head all the time – overthinking, judging, criticizing

I'm grateful that I have the chance to do what I do.

I'm mesmerized by the beauty people are creating for themselves in the session and outside of it.

I show up to every session to experience this awe and wonder over and over again!

I am also a certified Femme! teacher hosting dance classes where people express their emotions through movement.

In this class people get a chance to find out that:

- they can dance

- they can express their emotions through dance

The power of Femme! lies in giving people the freedom to dance, to move, be expressive.

It allows people to be fully alive.

It's also just a fun activity to participate in!

When I took part in my first Femme! experience, I was enchanted by the beat of the live drum.

My body said: 'This is it! You have to do it!'

And I did!

Now it's a treat for me - I'm able to do another thing I absolutely enjoy while also continueing to serve and help people.
