Nasma Shwahde
I am a Group Facilitator and Training Specialist with over a decade of experience in psychosocial support, narrative practices, and trauma-informed group work. I design and lead trainings that strengthen resilience, wellbeing, and authentic connection across NGOs, universities, corporates, and community initiatives.
My approach brings together narrative therapy, cultural sensitivity, and creative facilitation to create spaces where people can reflect, grow, and support one another. I’m passionate about helping individuals and teams connect meaningfully, manage adversity with compassion, and build communities grounded in empathy and openness.
My work is deeply shaped by my own lived experience with conflict and intersectionality. This perspective fuels my commitment to creating spaces where everyone feels truly seen and heard. I believe that when we connect with ourselves first, we can show up for others with honesty, courage and from that place, we can begin to shape the world we want to live in.
