Museum of Cider, Hereford
The Museum of Cider is a charitable trust which celebrates the history of cidermaking across Britain, and holds an unrivalled collection of items from 18th century fine cider glasses to Victorian pressing machines, and an important archive of rare books and scientific reports. We have a shop and tearoom and like to put on exhibitions and events to share our enthusiasm for the story of apples and cidermaking with people of all ages. Our 1890s cellars, where they made sparkling cider after learning how to make Champagne in France, are unique.
