Michael Bautista

Jungle Fun has been running since 2020. Jungle Fun was developed is run by Michael Bautista. He has vast knowledge of the outdoors and after living in Sai King for 10 years, knows this area in great depth. Michaels passion has always been education, working with children from 18 months to 14 years old. He believes children learn best when they are given time and space to grow in the way nature intended. Working with the natural stages od development that children grow through, he is able to tailor the camp to suit the need of each unique child

After more than 12 years teaching in schools in Hong Kong Michael saw the need for children to build a connection with the nature, to build self confidence and become explorers and make discoveries all of their own.

This need has only been exacerbated after the affects of recent restrictions, where children’s social interactions and time outside has been deeply affected.
