Welcome to Liver Birds! Merseyside's only all female property networking community.

Ran by Joanne and Toni. We met in 2024, having both set up property related businesses; we automatically began to collaborate and support each other with work.

As time went on we felt frustrated at the lack of all female property networking opportunities in the Merseyside area so Liver Birds was born.

As self employed Mums we appreciate the struggles of creating a work-life balance and wanted to create a safe space for women to talk and support each other.

We hope to grow our community and enable more women to come together to support and work together.

We currently run regular lunches, coffee meet-ups and webinars. All are designed to bring women in property together to learn and support each other.
