Liberating Sounds
I, Kaja Nur, support people in their journey of holistic healing and personal development.
My sound therapy practice is informed by my background in physics, communications, life coaching and by my own healing journey.
In my work with individuals and groups, I use mainly gongs, voice and tuning forks.
Story telling is an important aspect of human life. However, the transformative healing power of sound can take us beyond our stories, and enables us to connect with ourselves and each other from the heart.
I trained at the College of Sound Healing as a gong therapist and vocal sound healer and also a certified Biofield Tuning Practitioner, and a registered member of the CMA (Complementary Medical Association).
Alongside sound therapy, I continue to offer integrative coaching and communication mentoring.
Since qualifying as a life coach 15 years ago, I’ve been supporting SME business owners and professionals as a coach and management/ communication consultant, both in the UK and internationally. In 2020, I became chartered by CIPR, The Chartered Institute of PR. While working holistically with the whole person, my main focus is on leadership & entrepreneurship, communication skills development, aligning personal & team core values and strategies, re-framing and developing truthful narratives for action with integrity.
For 10 years, I have also taught communication skills at masters level for a business school, on an immersive entrepreneurship module. Engaging with a diverse, international student cohort, and working with neuro-diverse people has helped me develop a facilitation style that approaches inclusion, equality, and diversity as a journey of dialogue.
Leadership and entrepreneurship require ongoing personal growth and engagement with vulnerability. With the combined offer of sound healing and integrative coaching, I provide flexible support, tailored to your current situation or issue.
