For the past 9 years, movement has been my constant companion. Yoga has helped me discover new ways to care for myself, and through my journey, I felt a deep calling to share the practice with others. I teach Vinyasa in different studios across the city. I believe that through high-paced flow and dynamic movement, we can find inspiration, build resilience, and cultivate a more mindful community. I’m passionate about kind, curious people who are committed to building a better world together.
