Ladies Who Tech was started by women who are in the STEM industries and believe in challenging the status quo by encouraging more women to assist and discover their potential in STEM. Our mission is to close the gender gap and promote gender diversity and inclusion in STEM industries. We want to create a safe and open space for women and allies to participate in STEM activities and enjoy the benefits that STEM bring in.
