PsychoL-Academy 心理L學堂

"PsychoL-Academy" is established by Ryan, a Registered I-O Psychologist in HK and Chartered Psychologist in the UK. Ryan had numerous failed experiences in job hunting, before getting heavily involved in the design and delivery of numerous talent management programmes, as well as being an active assessor, interviewer, and coach. Ryan has accumulated years of experience being an interviewee, interviewer, trainer, and consultant, he wants to give back to the working community by sharing his lessons learned and his insights picked up from the workplace. Through the lens of psychology and practicality, he has developed a series of training and services to get YOU more prepared for YOUR JOB and/or YOUR NEXT MOVE.

「心理L學堂」由註冊心理學家及職場教練Ryan發起。Ryan雖曾經歷過多次求職失敗的洗禮，亦曾參與不同人材管理課程的開發與教授，現更不時擔當面試官及職場教練的角色。Ryan這些年來在職場上累積了不少經驗，他希望與有需要的人分享他的所知所識所見所聞。故此，Ryan便在工餘時間開發一些貼地的培訓課程與服務，以自身例子、理論及數據讓眾在職或求職人士在技巧及心態上都得到得著，為下一個機會做好準備。
