Over 10 years of experience in coaching swimming and practicing yoga, the connection between two activities was not revealed until last year when I obtained my first yoga teacher qualification. I love swimming, water sports, hiking, cycling, running but Yoga is the only exercise I want to do everyday. There must be something in it and that's why I want to share what I knew and what I have learnt :)
I do private teaching for yoga and swimming. Since last year, I started applying some yoga alignments and breathing technique in teaching my swimming students. I'm happy to see them having better streamline position and strength to catch water without struggling to breathe.
Besides swimming, I also run. I finished 12 full marathon races since 2014.
