hi I’m Karen, a professionally trained dancer, now full time BARRE and YOGA instructor as well as mother to my beautiful daughter and we both live in Farnham, Surrey.

my mission is to spread positive vibes, through my knowledge of movement and working with the body. To encourage people to feel healthy and happy inside and out and to spread love to the community and beyond!
