Holly Wong

Holly is an experienced prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher, parent educator, yoga teacher trainer, and mother of two beautiful boys.

Her mission is to provide education and resources to inspire parents to have a positive pregnancy, childbirth and parenting experience. With her teachings, she hopes to lead mothers on a path of self exploration that yoga provides - so that they discover the amazing strength and knowledge that women innately possess. Since learning from the amazing Spinning Babies community of midwives, Holly's focus has been educating parents about the physiology of birth, and the use of balance, movement and gravity to facilitate birth.

Holly currently teaches group and private prenatal, postnatal and baby yoga classes. She also offers yoga for birth workshops and pregnancy yoga teacher trainings.
