FEIDA Consulting is a consulting firm created in Paris in November 2014, advising business leaders on strategy definition and implementation, continuous performance improvement, and effective collaboration in international and multicultural environments.

About the founder:

• Chunyan Li, born in China, a graduate of Peking University and HEC Paris, has been living in France since 2003 and traveling between East and West.

• To date, she has acquired 20 years of experience in China and France across various domains, including strategy consulting; management of international, cross-functional, and transformation projects; marketing and digital; business development; intercultural management and training; and media and communication.

• She founded FEIDA Consulting in November 2014 in Paris, and the company has served French, Western, and Chinese companies, including some of the largest. Previously, she mainly worked for former Accor Services (now Edenred) in Beijing, Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in Paris and Alcatel-Lucent in Paris.

• She was also a freelance columnist for “Vue de Chine” in the French weekly newspaper La Tribune, addressing innovation topics in China. She’s the author of the books Succeeding in the Chinese Market (Eyrolles, Dec. 2014), Cyrano, Confucius and me (L’Archipel, Feb. 2021), as well as the Chinese edition of the latter (Shanghai Educational Publishing House, March 2024). She regularly participates in TV debates and programs on French television.
