Edward Liu is a hatha yoga teacher based in Hong Kong. Edward started as a personal trainer and taught strength & conditioning, mobility exercises, and led group classes in the Honolulu, Hawaii where he graduated high school and university. He returned to Hong Kong in 2015 when he tried yoga for the first time and absolutely fell in love with the practice. Edward's yoga journey took him from not being able to touch his own toes while standing to doing press-up handstands all in a short span of two years. It is his yoga and meditation practice where he also discovered spirituality and the importance of self-discovery.

Edward completed his 200-hour teaching training with his primary teacher Lawrence Pradhan, with whom he learned the principles of alignment, anatomy, and the art of teaching. Edward teaches hatha yoga with the emphasis on alignment, strength, and flexibility. The classes are dynamic, challenging, and welcome students of all levels. Edward's teaching style is very detail oriented and aims to improve his students' progress in every class. He also loves to challenge students to difficult poses that can test the limits of their body and mind.
