Claire Gribben

Teacher, PHD researcher, and community advocate in Hull and East Riding. Alongside my role as a teaching fellow in Sustainable Cities and Food Systems, I am a PHD researcher at the University of Leeds. Living locally in Hull and East Riding, I am a passionate advocate for the region and have built a strong community network during my time as the coordinator of Hull and East Riding Friends of the Earth. I am currently researching the role of urban agriculture in nature recovery through the lens of multispecies justice, bringing in interdisciplinary approaches from social science and ecology within my work.
