Christina Watlington PHD INC

 received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) and her bachelor’s degree from Franklin & Marshall College. Dr. Watlington is on a mission to provide information, inspiration and tools so that you can live a meaningful life in service of your chosen values. She does this through her psychotherapy and coaching practice, trainings and empowerment conferences. She started a Rise & Shine Private FB group in 2017 to empower women to live a life worth celebrating.
