Centre for Cinema Studies | Lingnan University

Established in 2012, CCS is a centre for sustained reflection and analysis of the moving image. We welcome students, faculty and the community in screenings, discussion and publication in the following areas:

• Media industries & policy initiatives
• Film history, especially in East Asia
• Contemporary Hong Kong filmmakers

Our members come from different departments in Lingnan University, and contribute interdisciplinary perspectives on the study of film.
