The Russian Film Week will take place from 21 to 31 of October 2013 withIn the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding on Cultural Co-operation signed in 2011 between Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and Home Affairs Bureau of the Hong Kong SAR in 2011. 

The event is organized by Film Fest Studio on behalf of Ministry of Culture of Russian Federation with the support of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department and Russian Consulate General in Hong Kong.

The Russian Film Week is co-produced in Hong Kong by Asia To Go Limited.
