I’m Amanda Haynes, a Relationship Coach and Emotional Wellness Guide. My work is rooted in helping people who feel stuck, uncertain, or unfulfilled in their relationships strengthen the foundation that matters most—their relationship with themselves.
I host transformational workshops, small-group experiences, and guided practices that blend emotional awareness, communication skills, and somatic tools. Participants can expect journaling, breathwork, and relational exercises designed to create clarity, resilience, and healthier patterns of connection.
My mission is to support people through life’s relational crossroads—whether that’s deciding whether to stay or leave, breaking old cycles, or simply deepening self-understanding. I believe that when we cultivate peace within ourselves, we create the conditions for healthier, more fulfilling relationships everywhere else in our lives.
