ADHD Toronto
What if I told you that life could be different? There are simple, effective ways that we can strengthen ourselves.
Weary from suffering from Adult ADHD, I transformed my reality, replacing harmful traits with learning and healthy practices. Recognizing it’s a process, committing to self-care, and avoiding pressure to change, I formed a new philosophy, lost 70 lbs, meditated daily, and completed world-class university courses.
I founded ADHD Toronto to help the many people who don’t have insurance, can’t afford private treatment, or are overwhelmed by the medical system. It’s a welcoming community with active members in Canada, the US, and Europe. I know that Adult ADHD individuals will grow and thrive in a positive and proactive community of peers. Having someone to connect with and be accountable to, whether it’s a partner or a group of peers, is a huge motivator for us to stay focused and make positive changes.
I love helping neurodiverse individuals and sharing my own experiences. My greatest strength is quickly and effortlessly identifying skills, talents, and gifts that neurodiverse people often don’t even realize they possess.
