We exist to support each other, enhance the careers of those we help, and contribute to the local job market.

Our goal is to unite professionals involved with recruitment and career development - regardless of sector or background - to recognise the value of our work, share insights, build relationships, and develop the skills we need to continue making a difference.

We want to create an open, transparent and supportive community, to come together, tackle industry challenges, refine best practices, and create opportunities for growth within recruitment, careers, and employability.
