Riverstone Senior Life Services is a community-based social service agency dedicated to supporting older adults, individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, and their family caregivers in Washington Heights and surrounding Upper Manhattan neighborhoods.

Founded in1985, Riverstone Senior Life Services’ mission has been to provide support and services that enable older adults (60 years and older) to remain in their homes and community with the highest quality of life, for as long as they choose. Special attention is given to helping those with minimal support: people who are frail, isolated, and/or low income, as well as services for people with memory loss and their family caregivers. Reflecting the needs of the community, all programs are offered in both Spanish and English.
