Chin Up Cardiff

Chin Up Cardiff is a support group dedicated to creating a safe and empowering space for survivors of sexual assault in Wales. We organise free monthly sessions of fun activities that allows people with similar experiences to come together, find validation, navigate their healing journey at their own pace and build a sense of community.
