Susanna Wong is an internationally recognized executive coach, corporate trainer, NLPU International Master Trainer, and coach educator with more than 20 years of experience in coaching, training, education, leadership development, and people development.

She works with executives, organizational leaders, professional teams, coaches, trainers, and individuals seeking meaningful personal or professional transformation. Across these different contexts, she helps people understand themselves and others more deeply, expand their choices, develop genuine capability, and translate awareness into sustainable action.

Corporate Training, Coaching and Consulting

Susanna supports organizations in strengthening leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, collaboration, and human performance. Her work integrates professional coaching, human behavior, NLP, and experiential learning to help leaders and teams navigate complexity, improve workplace relationships, and create greater alignment and effectiveness.

She has worked with global organizations including UOB, Natixis, HSBC, PwC, and Stephen Harwood, as well as clients across diverse manufacturing and professional-service industries.

Professional Certification and Coach Education

As an Affiliate Trainer and International Master Trainer with NLP University (NLPU) in Santa Cruz, California, Susanna leads official NLPU certification programs internationally. She is authorized to train, assess, and certify participants across the professional NLP pathway—from NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner to NLP Trainer & Consultant. Her international community of graduates extends across Asia, Europe, and North America.

She has also been engaged by NLP University to teach its directly enrolled international students, supporting their learning, skills development, assessment, and professional certification.

As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, Susanna serves as Lead Trainer, Mentor Coach, and Assessor for ICF-accredited coach education programs. She trains developing coaches, evaluates their demonstration of the ICF Core Competencies, and certifies their successful completion of program requirements.

Her qualifications also include A.C.H.E. Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Certified DISC Trainer, and Certified Human Behavior Consultant.

A Distinctive Educational Approach

Susanna’s approach is grounded in formal pedagogical training and extensive experience in education and people development. She holds a Master of Arts in English Language Teaching and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hotel and Tourism Management, specializing in Human Resources, from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She also completed postgraduate studies in Education through The Chinese University of Hong Kong and the University of Toronto.

Her experience spans private education, consultation with learners and families, more than eight years of school-based teaching, and the facilitation of English-based critical-thinking programs for gifted learners at The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

This foundation enables Susanna to go beyond presenting models and techniques. She designs experiential learning journeys that support understanding, practice, integration, and confident real-world application.

Leadership and International Perspective

Susanna is the founder and director of two organizations: LL Training and Consultancy, with operations in Hong Kong and Guangzhou, China, and the International NLP & Coaching Academy in the United States. She also serves as Vice President of Training & Development at Labor Relations Solutions LLC and as an Executive Coach with WeLead Coaching – Coaching for Leaders Worldwide.

In 2024, Susanna was named one of the Top 10 Most Promising Executive Coaches in Hong Kong by Asia Business Outlook. She is also a Distinguished Toastmaster, an award-winning speaker, and the Founding President of Toastmasters clubs in Hong Kong and the United States.

Having studied and delivered people-development programs across Asia, Europe, and North America, Susanna brings a genuinely international and cross-cultural perspective to her work. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, she combines educational depth, cultural sensitivity, warmth, and practical application in every engagement.
