The mission of The Becoming Initiative, a 501(c)(3) Organization is to enhance our communities through skill-based training, personal development, and transformational experiences that help individuals recognize their value and potential—no matter their age or stage in life. Through workshops, events, and workforce-focused programming, we aim to create lasting impact by equipping individuals with tools they can carry forward into their careers, families, and communities.
