Hi we're Tiff Grubaugh and Crystal Kelly. Strength & Soul is our holistic wellness practice offering grounded, heart-centered services and events that support personal growth, healing and self reconnection.
Tiff is an ex-pro basketball player turned holistic strength coach and energy work practitioner with an education in exercise science. Crystal is an intuitive channel, astrologer, storyteller, and sound bath practitioner with an education in mental and behavioral health. Together we create offerings that honor body and soul to support people navigating life transitions, burnout, identity shifts, and periods of deep change.
Our services include: Holistic personal training/life coaching, energy work, readings (astrology, tarot, akashic records, intuitive), and sound healing.
