Paws for Compassion
Jennifer Baker is an Ordained Interspecies and Interspiritual Animal Chaplain and grief support specialist dedicated to honoring the sacred bond between humans and animals. Through Paws for Compassion, Jennifer creates compassionate, inclusive spaces for healing, reflection, and connection during times of loss, transition, and caregiving.
She hosts workshops, classes, circles, and community events focused on animal loss and grief, end-of-life support, ritual and blessing practices, compassion fatigue care, and self-care for animal caregivers, veterinary teams, volunteers, and animal lovers. Her events blend gentle guidance, spiritual reflection, and practical tools that participants can carry into daily life.
Jennifer’s mission is to normalize grief for animals, support those who love and care for them, and extend compassion to both human and nonhuman beings. Whether you are navigating loss, supporting others, or seeking a deeper connection with animals, her events offer a grounded, heartfelt approach to healing and care.
